I'm not happy with my order, what do I do now?
In the event that your purchase doesn't work for you, You have 7 days after you receive your product to get a full refund. After the 7 day deadline you have 14 days and you’ll receive a store credit.
Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return.
Discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full return policy.

Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date. To receive a store credit or 7 to receive a refund. Your store credit will be issued as an E-Gift card.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
I've made a purchase but don't want it ship, I need it as soon as possible.
We do deliver to the Baltimore, MD, area for a delivery fee of $10. The Delivery fee must be paid before delivery and can be paid Via CashApp. To make any delivery purchases please leave a note at checkout that you rather have your order delivered rather than ship, I'll then email you the details on how to send your payment Via Cashapp.
When will I receive my order?
Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday after 4pm EST standard time will not ship until the following Monday.
Orders placed with standard shipping can arrive between 1-7 days after shipping. Length of time will vary depending on your zip code.
If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact USPS for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of USPS.
