Refund & Return Policy

In the event that your purchase doesn't work for you, You have 7 days after you receive your product to get a full refund. After the 7 day deadline you have 14 days and you’ll receive a  store credit. After 14 day's unfortunately you cannot return your order for store credit or refund.

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return. 

Discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full return policy.

 

  • Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date. To receive a store credit or 7 to receive a refund. Your store credit will be issued as an E-Gift card.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
